Drinking Banning Order Courses

The Albert Centre is providing courses for those who have received Drinking Banning Orders in the Teesside, North Yorkshire and South Durham area and are referred to us by the court. The successful completion of the approved course by the individual concerned can reduce the length of a Drinking Banning Order by up to half. Approved courses are undertaken on a voluntary basis as a means to address behaviour involving alcohol misuse. These courses focus on educating individuals about the serious social and health impact of heavy alcohol consumption with the aim of preventing future occurrences of disorderly behaviour.
