The Albert Centre community counselling service offers a confidential counselling service to ‘anyone’ affected by alcohol misuse.

There are times when it is not possible to talk openly and freely with family and friends.  The Albert Centre offers confidential, client centred, care planned counselling for individuals experiencing problems in relation to alcohol use/misuse.  Counsellors use methods such as motivational interviewing and integrative counselling techniques which can assist individuals to identify issues relating to their current situation.

The Albert Centre is a member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and closely follows its ethical guidelines for good practice.
